For the 2020 theme BOSF chose “Barbary Coast Bears” to reflect on the old “red light district” of San Francisco around the turn of the century. Since it was called the “brown ear” I went with Fall colors and played up the ideas around the times.

Northern Xposure is a bear run that actually reaches out to all the LBGT community. They commissioned me to design the event t-shirt for them and I did the art based on some great photos they did of the committee dressed as Viking warriors.

Bearracuda asked me to design the first shirt for the club which is now done in San Francisco, Portland and Seattle regularly. All they wanted was something as “hot as the Killer Bear t-shirt.”  I think I lived up to that.

BTalk is a podcast done by four guys from Minneapolis. They came to me about a shirt design with lots of good ideas. I went with a retro microphone and gave it my look in a really modern way with paint splatter, rockin’ tribal lines and uniquely styled mug shots.
