The shirts run mostly true to size, except the polos that run a tad big. They are pre-shrunk, but 100% cotton in most cases, so there may still be a bit of shrinking. Exchanges will only be issued for a problem with the size or some fault with the shirt, and only for the same style of shirt. There are no cash back or charge back returns.
